      - You have a lot of agency over your work (including identifying opportunities and executing things end to end) - Leadership is very AI-forward and prioritizes actually impactful ways to implement LLMs in our work - Lots of opportunity for personal / career growth

      Pros

      Everyone I have met has been smart, kind, and generous with their time. I found the whole process, from recruiting to onboarding to be well managed and truthful. They make it super clear that if you work here you are going to work hard and that the company has really high expectations. I do NOT think this is a place for everyone, you have to like the grind and feeling like a scrappy team. Everyone is also very customer driven, any work done has the customer in mind.

      Not really a con, but if you work here expect to work hard.

This is not a place for the faint of heart; the pace is electric, and the standards for excellence are incredibly high. However, if you are a disciplined, high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment, you will love it here. The leadership team is exceptional—they genuinely live the "Scale Yourself" value and are invested in your professional growth. Helping independent restaurants save money and genuinely grow their business is highly motivating. The compensation is top-tier, and the 100% remote setup, paired with a focus on deep work over unnecessary meetings, is a game-changer. I have never been surrounded by a more intelligent, driven, and supportive group of colleagues.
