      - Insane traction and growth - A wonderfully positive and supportive work environment

      Cons

      - If you don't want to work very hard, this is not the place for you and that's totally okay. This is not a "be warned", but more of just a plain fact - this place expects excellence and hustle, and is why it is doing so well

      Pros

      Joining Owner has been one of the best career decisions I've made. The team is filled with energetic, kind, and genuinely welcoming individuals who are all motivated and purpose-driven. Everyone I've met is passionate about their work. It's clear that no one is just here for a paycheck. Owner fosters a positive, engaging culture that makes it easy to love what you do and actually enjoy showing up to work.

      Cons

      Like many early-stage startups, some systems and processes are still being built or refined. We're moving quickly, and while the foundation is solid, there's room to grow in terms of tools and infrastructure.
