Since the hiring process all the way up until being on the role has been the greatest onboarding experience I had so far, the culture is rock solid and career growth is one of the top priorities for everyone.

- If I had to give Owner a tagline it would be "A training ground for founders" because everyone has a strong ownership mentality and focus on customer growth. - Has maintained a positive and strong culture while undergoing hypergrowth. - Midlevel and front-line managers invest in the growth and enablement of teams early and often.

Cons

- Hypergrowth = ambitious goals. Growth is hard, no doubt about it. But as far as companies at this stage go, things feel incredibly stable despite the speed and the rate of growth the company (and you) undergo. - If you're NOT motivated/excited, it can feel like you're the only one. Imposter syndrome is real but the high quality of the team helps you feel confident/strong in a challenging environment.
