      Pros

      - Customer obsessed, mission driven - Strong level-headed exec leadership - AI-pilled but in a healthy way, not in an ideological way - Rocketship business - Strong high-talent passionate engineering team - “Good vibes” culture, very friendly and welcoming, people-centric - Remote friendly

      Cons

      - Moving fast with AI has meant cutting corners, lots to clean up - Dev ex is still fairly immature - Comp is not quite as competitive as other AI-era companies, but getting better over time - SF office is hard to get to and far even for SF residents

      - Genuinely great product that customers love. - Real path to disrupting the market they're in and becoming a big company. - Strong leadership across Product, GTM, and beyond. - High bar for hiring. Real talent density and nice people. - Genuine understanding of customer needs and product/GTM reflects that.

      - General startup cons: relentless pace and things change a lot. - Benefits could be a bit better.
