      A New Generation Company

      Pros

      Its a young company with a lot of potential. Its from the new generation as his CEO and founder is only 23 years old. There are big career development opportunities as the company grows. They really value hard work and pay for it.

      Cons

      Being young is a double-edged sword. They are still finding the right internal organization, creating processes, and else. In some areas, you can tell the company was founded just 4 years ago.

      Great leadership. Lots of transparency. Very open to new ideas. Values talent and invests in employees. Using mostly great tech stacks

      Cons

      Sometimes communication between teams is a struggle. There’s always more work to do than you have time for (but that’s true with most start ups). Some people work all the time which makes setting work-life boundaries more difficult. Working with restaurant owners is always a challenge.
