      Pros

      - Work remotely. $500 WFH stipend when you first join. Unlimited PTO. - Great leadership. Execs are deeply in touch with the day-to-day of the business and actively seek out opinion from all level employees - Great support / culture. People are very easy-going and passionate about what they do here. Everyone is willing to teach newcomers. I feel very included from my time here - Dedicated / responsible managers + talented / friendly teammates

      - It's a start-up, so hours can sometime be unpredictable

      Pros

      People here are truly passionate about our customers and supporting independent business owners. Lots of opportunity for career growth, development, promotions etc as long as you are a top performer. Great culture.

      Cons

      It's a startup, so don't join if you are looking for a 9-5, clock-in/clock-out type job. It can be hard work at times. But lots of scheduling flexibility/autonomy, so there are still ways to make it work for you imo
