      Culture is great Leadership is knowledgeable and really does help you grow in your role Everyone at Owner is high speed and being around high performing people will make you push yourself

      Cons

      If you aren’t familiar with startups or feel confident in your ability to run fast and break things, this may not be the place for you. You’re going to work at a faster pace than you would at a big company.
