Cons

It’s a start up, so there’s a lot of changes that occur. If you can roll with it and work with what you’ve got, you’ll do great.

I have been with Owner for les than a year and it is safe to say this is the best job I have ever held. The team culture is unbeatable and the coaching and learn development is unmatched. Truly a positive environment where everyone encourages one another's success. While start-ups are ever changing internally, upper management makes it easy to adapt in a fast paced environment

Cons

You are working for a start up so there is constant change. If that makes you uncomfortable and no passion for start ups you may find a difficult time to adapt.
