      Pros

      I have been impressed that the company is centered on training and development. I also appreciate the focus on safety especially for our field techs.

      Cons

      There are a lot of different departments and there isn't a lot of interaction so I don't really know what everyone does,

      There are plenty of opportunities for training. The management listens to the employees. The atmosphere is very family-oriented. They are very much about work/life balance.
