Quality work and really care about the customer, whether external or internal. Invest in their employees. Take care of their employees and their families. Friendly people. Constantly working on improvement and standardizing procedures.

Cons

A little top heavy in management, too many people to go through to get anything done. A lot of software changes but appears to be leveling out.

Pros

P1 is diversified and works in many different markets that helps keep them stable, when one market sector may be down, their diversification in other markets tend to balance out.

Cons

P1 Group is the formation of several different independent contractors once under the P1 Group holding company, now they are one company. They still function in many regards as several different companies and the lack of uniformity across the company prevents the optimization of having all of these MEP services under one roof. They are working towards this goal of uniformity and once accomplished the sky is the limit.
