Pros

A great place to get on your feet and start exploring the business world. Leadership wants you to progress in your career and succeed overall. Good perks at the workplace, free fountain drinks, nice lunch room, safe campus with ample parking, etc.

Cons

Work life balance is questionable. Company mindset is old-school with the minimum allowance given compared to others in area. Company has been resistant to change wages and work from home availability. Management tends to over work and cause communication issues.

great people to work with. pays to be there for the long run. Some PTO, vacation, and great insurance.

Cons

Do not expect great pay. No maternity or paternity leave. Working remote is looked down on by some managers.
