If you've ever seen the corporate building it is a concrete structure that almost looks like juvenile hall. The work culture like the building is very rigid and conservative. The rigidity (concrete) results in a culture that does not want to evolve when it comes to the work environment. The conservatism (gray color of the building) promotes a work culture of conformity and bureaucracy. Workers here are not encouraged to experiment if it does not align with management views of the world. Individualism is discouraged which is why everyone in senior management are clones of each other.
