Cons

Conservative, micro managers, discrimination, lack of training and development, tiny raises every 18 months, no career path, good ol' boys environment, men cannot have facial hair if they want to be a manager!

You will learn a lot if you want to work hard. Nothing really positive other than meeting some really good people.

Cons

Corporate offices are a step out of the 1960's from the general treatment of employees to the good ol boy culture. Pay is unequal to work or position in the market and you will feel like you are back in high with strict dress code to attendance policies. Do yourself a favor, find another company!
