      Pros

      An understanding of needed modernization and the will to push in that direction. Open to employees making decisions when needed.

      Cons

      Hybrid schedule changed from two days onsite to three shortly after I started. I am concerned they will go back to 100% in the office, but that is a concern, not a fact.
