Pros

Decent pay, friendly people to work with, gets you experience in IT, working from home is always a plus. Had 1-on-1 counselor meetings to personally improve my performance on the job.

Cons

Very little training before throwing you into the job, way too busy to keep up with, will end up carrying 10x more work on your back than necessary to compensate. Few promotion opportunities, and feedback will not be taken into account to assist with the workload.

Pros

Not much to say here

Cons

This place is a mess. The bosses will micromanage the life out of you while at the same time somehow tying up all work in process hell. Huge culture of people pushing blame to cover their own mess to make up for broken promises they for some reason made to people above them. You’ll be penalized for things outside your job description and out of your control. Like I said in the title, unless you have literally no other options look elsewhere!! It also seems like no one has heard of this random restaurant tech company so won’t help your career in the long run. Low pay in comparison to the market as well.

Pros

- Gives you plenty of experience in IT - Decent benefits - Work from home opportunity - Flexibility with scheduling if something arises

Cons

- Slightly underpaid - Lack of promotional opportunity - Management permits too many people to avoid their responsibilities - If you are dependable, you can expect to take on the tasks of those who do not fulfill their responsibilities - Many gaps in the initial onboarding training lead to early employee resignations due to frustration - The grading rubric for determining yearly raises fails to compensate those who exceed expectations fairly - Lack of a clear list of job responsibilities (They'll add more work and say it's part of your job title even when it shouldn't be)
