      Pros

      PAR is a great place to work if you are self-motivated and driven. If you sit around and wait for someone to tell you what to do, this company is not for you. PAR is working hard to "grow up" as a company, even though it's 40+ years old. So a lot of internal processes, systems, and people are transforming to handle the growth and scale that the execs are seeking.

      Cons

      A lot of silos still exist across the company, and recent acquisitions haven't helped that. Sometimes three different areas of the business can be working on the same type of initiative without the others knowing until they stumble upon each other. Internal ops is not a strong suit.
