Pros

it is a union job

Cons

incompetent leadership, lazy work force, if you're not "in" with the supervisor they act petty towards you any chance they can get.

Pros

Pay is good. People are great to work with

Cons

Job is super repetitive. Management couldn’t manage their way out of a wet paper bag. Favoritism galore. Will mandate entire shifts to work Saturday while only telling everyone by posting it on the door on Thursday. Rip weekend. Actually got offered money by other workers to cover their weekend shift so they wouldn’t get points and get fired. Mandated 12s usually minimum 2 a week. Management will act like they care, have meetings to hear complaints then change nothing and get mad when anyone complains about nothing being done to fix the problems. Will protect both do-nothing bosses and hyper-aggressive team leads
