Competitive pay nice benefits. Good location

Cons

Overworked. Asked to do more than any other operator currently working there. No accountability for the rest of the crew you are working with so everything falls upon the operator. Consistently working weekends.

Good pay, the corporation seems to be good it's but they allow local to mistreat employees as much as they want as long as they don't fire them.

Cons

Very poor focus and everything is set of for management to work the lest as possible and hourly make up the slack. Very poor safety

the co-workers are great. seriously like a family. i have only been there a short time but i feel very appreciated and comfortable. my department has 2 ladies and i am the third. they were and are very kind and patient with me. and also everyone else is very down to earth and kind. honestly like a family. we are team mates and i am so very proud to be a part of it.

Cons

i am flat footed and also have other issues with my feet. the only con, for me is the steel toed shoes.
