      Decent pay, gain expierice quickly, challenging, decent safety culture

      Cons

      Not a place to work if you're a woman or a young engineer. Will force you out if you don't follow the career progression they pick out for you. The expectation is to live at work, salaried is required to carry cell phones 24/7 and come in at the drop of a hat. Management lacks technical knowledge to run process.

      This company is very smart with their investments and the way they treat their employees. Over the years they have accrued little debt, and as a result have grown very well in the past few years. Employees are given great opportunities for advancement while providing well balanced management.

      Cons

      The locations of most of their mills are in small, rural towns that some potential employees may not find agreeable.
