      The company is huge but operates individually per location. The company does support your career growth. The benefits are fantastic, and the people are caring.

      Pay and Benefits were all that was good.

      Cons

      Management dont really care for you. Its all about the production of the company. Safety is tweaked. I watched how one HARD WORKING employee that worked crazy OT and came in when they called and stayed late when they asked exhaust himself to the work. You know he loved his job. Well, This individual got injured and the company didnt want to take care of him and eventually letting him go.
