      Good pay, good benefits, operators are very knowledgeable and they are good people

      Cons

      Management treats you horrible, they expect you to read their minds. They do not conduct themselves properly, they talk bad about you behind your back. They do not believe in vacations. They do not promote safety. Would not recommend working there. The don’t pay enough to justify the way they treat you.
