Management sucks. Lake Forest has no people of color, or very few. No place to grow for the ones that are there.

Good pay until you realize you have just sold your soul to disrespectful people who could care less about you. This is a pro mind you.

Cons

You might as well sell your home because this place will become your new home. If your looking to get away from family, friends, and anything else you might enjoy on your free time, apply. Employees dub the Denver, CO plant "the plantation". You'll sweat your but off 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, and won't get as much as a "thanks" from a poorly constructed management team.
