Cons

No possibility for any promotions, coming out of college with a bachelors of science and I was placed in a specialist role and was told I would be there for at least 4-5 years before I could ever move vertically.

Zero accountability. Employees damage equipment, steal from each other and threaten each other. The best employees leave and the worst offenders stay creating a lazy and toxic culture.
