      Pros

      Good pay for the type of work. It is an industry that the country needs due to transportation regulations so it has some job security for the time being. PCA takes care of the employees that do good work.

      Cons

      Can be tedious working in a factory. It is not the safest environment or the most comfortable. In order to stay ahead of the competition PCA makes promises that are hard to keep. Stress management is important.

      Pros

      Great benefits and workplace atmosphere. Lots of variety of projects for engineers. Room for career advancement all the way to a corporate traveling position if desired.

      Cons

      Typically 45+ hours per week needed and small amount of vacation. Union shop makes job less hands on.
