      Pros

      Hourly employees have a wealth of knowledge. Fair pay, decent work/life balance. Decent mentorship.

      Cons

      Locations are generally boring and far-removed. Company is still in the process of moving documentation to fully electronic format - many P&IDs have gone without updates for years.

      Pros

      401K, The coworkers are hard working good people to work with. All the people in inside the plant and outside sales really worked hard to satisfy and take care of the customer.

      Cons

      Need to actually listen to your employees and take actions to implement ideas or suggestions. Many times felt as if no one was listening.
