      Great company. Each plant is its own entity. Not one plant is the same as the others.

      Pros

      Excellent Pay and Benefits. Annual Gain Share

      Cons

      Favoritism between employees and management that have come from other companies which in turn eliminates those that need to be held accountable. These issues are immediately noticed by current employees which in turn kills morale and eventually production/quality. Like adding gasoline to a fire. Great policy, great teaching and idea of culture but watch out for the buddy system. I really hate to speak of the company this way because it has not always been like this.

      Pros

      PCA is solid financially and they seem to care at the corporate level, I think anyway.

      Cons

      The management office and plant treat sales people like they are not part of the team. No help from mangement and the plants compete against each other. No team work.
