PCA reviews

Long hours and lies from management. They give you a goal so you can have a day off at the beginning of the week then change the goal on Friday so you work all weekend. They conveniently blame it on last minute orders yet every other company in the industry has a cut off day for orders to be filled that week. PCA is all about the customer but to the detriment of the employees. It was supposed to be 8 hour shifts but the last 4 years was 12 hours because they couldn't/ wouldn't hire anyone. Fewer employees means bigger bonuses...
