Must sacrifice weekends and time with family, some employees seem irrationally hostile to change, unclear expectations, breakdown in communication, must be in great health (i.e. time off for sickness is allowed but looked down upon)

Managers with no education. Getting promoted because they were the One asking for the job, Just because somebody is a good sales rep does not mean that it’s going to translate into being a good manager. My manager was horrible. She was Toxic, Manipulative, Vindictive and downright Evil. And I’ve heard from other teams, They felt the same way about their own manager. Unrealistic goal attainments except if you are one of their Favorites(You only become that if you gossip with them about your teammates) gross! As soon as I get another job, I’m out of here. They will be going retail. They’ve opened places The sales reps do not get credit for it anymore. Disgusting company to work for.
