      Pros

      Hourly people are amazing. Excellent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely horrible. They treat the employees horrible, and make what should be a decent job a horrible job. They have a huge turnover for the amount of money we make.

      Pros

      They do pay good from the start all positions have a good pay rate once you are full time or finish ur probation period

      Cons

      They lie to you to get you in the door. They force you to work without asking if your available or will consider you as abandoning your work station. Make promises that they don't keep & when you call them out on it they say oh well there's nothing you can do about it. Rude supervisors they talk down to everyone & talk loud to them. Was told they work Saturday occasionally but have worked every Saturday since I started & other employees told me they've been working every Saturday for a year & a half before I started.

      Pros

      PCA bought the company I worked for and after about a year they gave pay increases to most of the people at our plant. That's the best I can say.

      Cons

      PCA closed the plant I worked at for "business reasons" they claimed. Our plant was not originally a PCA plant and that is why they closed us and not one of their other plants in the area. People with 30+ years at this plant lost their jobs. They kept some people and moved them to other plants and these are people who should have been laid off.
