Only "pro" was the pay rate, but it still wasn't enough to keep me putting up with all the BS.

Cons

Everything. This was the worst place I've ever worked. Only there for 2 weeks because just like all the other reviews, management is awful and you needed to be part of the good ol' boys club. Safety is preached by HR but management does not care.

They have good benefits and decent pay.

Cons

Local management is not trained to lead people. From their longevity with the company, and experience in their positions, they were promoted into management from within the company. And while this is a good thing - if they are NOT receiving the proper training to then lead the people they manage. There is no local HR. It is only at an area level and up to corporate. This leads to real issues at the local level. The area HR rep. here was completely management led, there was no support for the individual employee.
