It is well known to corporate that this department is a revolving door; most people have worked for this company <3 years and no one takes IA seriously. Extreme micromanagement, a lack of consistency among facility procedures, and little institutional knowledge results in a constant struggle to document frequent issues with key controls. Condescending and rude management. If you love a miserable office atmosphere and receiving review notes over font sizes, this is the job for you.
