Pros
Decent Pay for area. Plenty of OT when in season. Pandemic forced them to give employees more benefits. Taking time off is no hassle.
Cons
High turnover rate. Incentives are more for management than actual workers. unqualified management and safety supervisors. "We do the hard to do" motto is just code for Do more with Less. They keep the bare minimum crew on machines until inspection time. Terrible training focusing more on plant terminology than actually working the machines. No real maintenance on machines until they hit a brick wall.
