Pros

Pay, benefits that’s about it.

Cons

Terrible leadership that falsified documents to hide safety issues which puts employees at risk to get trapped in machines multiple times. No such thing as work life balance due to undermanning and poor planing by leadership. Leadership believes in threatening and retaliation to force employees into submission to complete delivery/production deadlines and tasks. If an employee reaches out to hr for support/help with local leadership, HR usually informs leadership that an disgruntled employee reached out and informs leadership what was said by the employee. Which then local leadership uses information provide by HR for retaliation and then targets employee. If you don’t put PCA before your family you will find yourself out of a job fairly quickly.
