      A lot of training,mentoring. A lot of different type of projects very hi tech a lot of room to change carrier paths

      Cons

      Very big company can get lost in the size , a lot of employees head office to far out of Toronto.

      Lots of work, benefits are decent, company has lots of experience and knowledge in the construction field. Ask and you will find the answer.

      Cons

      The Company typically under pays its employees and asks people to do more then they pay them for extended periods of time.
