Full benefits: health care, full dental coverage, retirement plan

Cons

There is absolutely no way to work with this environment. 3 DDS, 1 RDH, but only 2 cavitrons, put on a small cart and rolling around 13 ops to work. Only 2 slow speed hand piece for polishing, so you need to hide one in your pocket after EACH patient m. ALL instruments are dull and outdated. RDH column is loosely booked, BUT that means they expect the RDH pick up ALL prophy from DDS side. With that said, they will constantly add patient to the RDH, sometimes you won’t even know or remember their name. 0% patient care. 0% team care. Will NEVER recommend anyone to work at here.
