Made to see way too many patients. 10 to 12 on the schedule with the hopes some don't show. Screwed if they all show. 1 hr for SRPs and 30 min for perio maintenance

Offices are dirty, don’t follow any sanitary safety precautions, OD and RM talk down on you. As a hygienist you have no autonomy. You will be over worked and underpaid. When you ask for a raise you’ll most likely be fired shortly after. Most hygienist in a private practice make their office 1,000-1,200 a day and PDS will force you to do 4K-5k. Its very cut throat and SUPER unethical. My team had 4 people test positive for Covid and the OD didn’t tell anyone. Two of them came back to work with symptoms still and no negative test
