      The only pro that I could think of was that the location was close to home.

      Cons

      Stressful work environment, office drama, having to stay extra hours to finish others work, and no support from other team members.

      Owner established very bad culture

      Guarantee salary for the first 6 months but that's the only pros

      Cons

      This office only focus on production, production and production. The owner does not care about well being of patients. Do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else.

      I think some offices have a good morale and can have a motivating team. Office works fantastic when everyone (front office, back office, hyg and dds) are all willing to work together and have a common goal

      Cons

      Some offices don't have a team that works cohesively together, not willing to share the work load.
