      The pay is great, that’s about it.

      Cons

      They allow verbal abuse from owner doctors because they’re hard to find, so be prepared to talked down because you don’t have title of Dr. there is no such thing as work life balance at this place, it will drain you!

      The pay is decent for this position.

      Cons

      Changes are made every day making everything said yesterday not valid today with constant conflict of previous instruction and depending on who you ask you will get a different answer. The expectation bar is set high with no time to adapt causing everyone high stress and confusion. Not to mention you will be punished for taking time off. The workload is at max with zero downtime yet you are supposed to complete the workload for any time missed resulting in unreasonable expectations not being met. You will be punished for taking any time off that is absolutely needed working in this hostile environment.
