Overworked and Underpaid!

Pros

Nice dentists, coworkers are okay and the patients are nice as well. Some pretty good benefits and they give you free dental.

Cons

Long hours, constant patient flows, no time for breaks, we have to sweep, mop, vacuum and take out the trash, clean the toilets etc. Unnecessary xrays on new patients. Office packed out on Saturdays. They never turn patients away even if the schedule is already packed. If we are short staffed, they still allow extra patients to be seen. The we believe model shouldn't be forced on everyone. Not all people believe in who the owner says is "God".

All they care about is how much you produce; work you like a dog. No breaks and if you question anything, you get labeled as a problem and they will do whatever they can to get you to quit.
