Pros

Coworkers, facility, and full benefits make working here seem like it’s worthwhile. Sometimes they have free food on certain days and jeans day on fridays. Diverse as well, ranging from younger millennials to the older generations. You can walk around the campus during breaks.

Cons

-Workload does not match the pay -favoritism, long work hours, heavy workload -very stressful environment, many people have mental breakdowns every week -expected to do other jobs which are not under your own duties - constantly expecting you to live breathe the company even on off days.

Pros

Met great friends, close to home. Company pays part of tuition for university.

Cons

Greedy company, overpacked schedule even when short handed, company does not respect lunch time, the tiniest break room for over 20 employees. Rude and inappropriate doctor. Reported several times and no action taken.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It’s great to hear you found value in the tuition assistance and friendships made, but we’re disappointed to learn about the challenges you faced with scheduling, breaks, and leadership responsiveness. Feedback like this helps us see where we need to do better, and we’re committed to addressing these concerns to support our teams more effectively.

Pros

*Compensation is above market with generous salary and bonus opportunities. *Strong earning potential, especially for sales-oriented roles.

Cons

*The company culture operates more like a high-pressure sales organization than a healthcare provider, no matter which department you’re in. *Toxic environment that overshadows the financial upside. *Zero regard for employee well-being or work-life balance. Concerns raised to management are often ignored or brushed aside. *Accounting department is plagued by favoritism, nepotism, and heavy micromanagement. *No meaningful investment in employees outside of sales metrics.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you found the compensation competitive, but we’re very concerned by your comments about culture, favoritism, and lack of support for non-sales departments. Creating a healthy, inclusive workplace is a priority for us, and insights like yours help highlight where we need to focus and improve. We encourage any team members with concerns to connect with our People team so we can work toward a resolution. You can reach us at welisten@pdshealth.com
