This company does not care that you are overworked that they are short staffed it’s corporate so all they care about production and it’s not about patient safety.

I’m so happy to be part of PDS Health as a Dental Assistant! From day one, I’ve felt truly valued and supported here. The company provides amazing benefits and plenty of opportunities to grow and climb the corporate ladder, which makes it a great place to build a long-term career. One of the things I love most is how patient-focused the environment is. The entire team goes above and beyond to make sure every patient has the best experience possible — and you can feel how much the patients appreciate it! On top of that, the office is equipped with updated technology, including 3D X-rays, which makes our work more efficient and provides patients with a higher level of care. I’m genuinely excited to come to work every day and be part of a team that values both its employees and patients.
