Cons

Heavily focused on your Average Daily Production Felt like being in sales and less genuine Didn’t like being paid based off an average of 2 weeks Low pay percentage **location specific but my managers were very disrespectful, did not care about work life balance or personal life. Did not respect things that were agreed upon. Made me work HOURS beyond my shift The work contract is ambiguous in some areas on purpose to benefit the employer

Hands on learning no need to go to school for assisting, they teach you everything. They can most of the time work around your schedule if you are a parent and or have other already arranged set schedules.

no set clock out time most days no overtime
