Pros

I learned a lot through my experience there, My owning Doctor was a great practitioner and very kind.

Cons

Severely understaffed, I was one of only 2 assistants in the office working for multiple doctors running extremely over crowded schedules. Management was horrible, didn't follow state labor laws, rude, and I was severely underpaid. I was basically told I had to come early and stay late. I routinely missed lunch. Doctors would start treatment even though the office was closing because they wanted to meet production. Regional management was rude to the assistants and basically treated them like they weren't there. Stay far away from PDS.

Pros

I’ve had a genuinely positive experience working here. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in accountability. Leadership is accessible and transparent, and there’s a clear emphasis on investing in people — whether through professional development, stretch opportunities, or simply trusting employees to lead meaningful work. What stands out most is the commitment to innovation. The organization isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and encourages thoughtful risk-taking to improve processes and outcomes. Ideas are welcomed from all levels, and teams are empowered to test and refine new approaches. There’s a strong sense of shared purpose, and that alignment makes the work both impactful and energizing

Cons

The organization prioritizes long-term development over quick title changes, which requires patience.
