      Company is creating an amazing culture that serves and gives back to it's community. Incredible growth with determination to be the best. Values work-life balance. Family like environment, some of the best people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Still struggles at the support office for determining career path and development. Benefits are solid but not amazing

      Pros

      Tons of growth and career advancement opportunities, professional support office that always takes into account individual contribution, people are like a second family, and a very competitive salary and benefits package with stability even throughout the 2008 recession.

      Cons

      Unnecessary drama at times... No successful company can be perfect, but at least PDS strives towards that goal. That's why I intend to finish my professional career w/PDS instead of with another employer in the next 15-20 years.
