Cons
Management is a joke! Read the other posters and listen! If you have ever been in management or had a great manager then you will be horrified after a short period of time working here. This company preaches work/life balance and contradicts this is multiple arenas. If you want to work 6 days a week then this is the place for you. If you want to "sell" treatment to your patients that is unnecessary then this place is for you. Better yet, if you have any sort of ethics and morals, don't plan on lasting long! I worked with a very unethical and inappropriate dentist who belittled staff, made racial and sexist remarks and cursed daily at staff and patients. When I advised management I was ignored. Guess who is now unemployed....not the unethical Owner Doctor.
