Pros

Stable, growing company with good core values. Competitive pay, some opportunity to grow within (especially with proper education). Some management is helpful and supportive. Holiday competitions, occasional group lunches. Benefits are good

Cons

The office is loud..but only by the sound of repairs, and management and administration. Call center workers not allowed to talk at any time throughout the day. Management will say verification is about quality and not quantity but employees are punished for not meeting set "requirements" that the staff just can not meet. Any concerns addressed directly to management will be cast aside until the issue is brought to upper management in Irvine. The only effort to bring down the ungodly stress levels there is with occasional snacks. Never any kind of reward (bonuses are set at an unattainable level) or actual recognition for the employees. Only hear the negative, many feel like there is no way to 'win', to move up, and no way to grow.

Pros

I am a National Support employee (4+ months) here in Irvine, CA. My review is specific to the the culture here at our 'corporate' headquarters. We have over 300 employees in this office (marketing, IT, finance, HR, real estate, development, etc.). We recenlty moved into this new location off of Red Hill / Alton and have to say it is a beautiful mix of form and function. Based off of silicon valley, it feels very much like a start-up company, open, spacious, and collaborative. Pros: -stable, stable, stable (in this still recovering economy) -depending on department/position; plenty of flexibility and room for growth -change, process improvements, new blood (I see all of this as positives) -the company has hired over 1000+ employees in the first 6-months of 2013. -I personally have a great team and a spectacular supervisor

Cons

We are not going to win any awards for benefits. Health insurance can be pricey for families.

Pros

This company if growing at a very high rate mainly because of the leadership and qualitY of talented professionals. If you are looking for a great company, that encourages development for it's employees and quality care for it's patients, then PDS is the place to be!

Cons

It is not for everyone! You need to be a high drive, energetic, intelligent person to execute at a high level. People who are looking for a low-paced job that doesn't challenge you will probably have a bad experience. I think the negative reviews typically come from people that lack these qualities.
