Pros
Lots of personal and professional growth at this fast-growing company. Lots of company-sponsored charity/community/volunteer work opportunities (both local, national, and some international - e.g., work at free clinics in Africa and remote islands in the South Pacific). Great people. Incredibly dedicated. They are investingback into the company and the people. Great today - even better tomorrow. Great dentists and clinical care. Truly care about the patients.
Cons
The work can be hard. Very patient focused offices - which is rewarding but requires a lot fo energy to deliver a great expereine every time to every one.
