Pros

I got a decent starting pay for an entry level job ($11/hr). The company treated me well. I also got paid weekly.

Cons

Had to fill out a time sheet at the end of each and get it approved by my manager. The problem was that my manager didn't always approve it on time and I didn't get paid until the next week. Also no vacation or paid holidays until after a year of employment.

I left PDS because I felt like my opinion was never valued. It was management way or keep your mouth shut in the office I worked in.
