      The initial excitement of leading PDS Tech's National Accounts as the manager. The idea of making a positive impact, growing revenue, and making a positive change within in an organization was a thrill. However, this couldn't further from reality...

      Cons

      Culture, culture, and culture. My forewarning to anyone who works on the National Account team is to tread carefully. You will be asked to make differences that will NOT be supported. There are prestigious accounts with exceptional opportunity for spend. However, you are NOT a branch or recruiting manager so you will have no influence on which account/opening is prioritized. regardless, you WILL be held accountable when your delivery on clients' needs are unfulfilled.

      I have only been here a couple of months, so far I love it. I am actually able to create and nurture relationships with the clients, something I was not able to do at the last company I was with. My Director and VP actually encourage it! Benefits are great. People are great and I always get help if I ask. I can also contact my Director and VP any time, which is something I didn't have before. There is definitely a family vibe.

      Cons

      Since it is making me choose something, I would say software isn't very easy to navigate when you come in remotely.
