Leadership does not micro manage employees. As long as you are getting what you are supposed to completed, you have flexibility to do it how you want.

Cons

No cons that I can think of from working here. I like this company.

Great culture. Everyone works as a team. When I first started, my recruiting experience was minimal. Management and my coworkers always took time to provide the guidance and training needed for me to be successful.

Cons

Horrible Traffic in Charleston. I could no longer make the commute.
